Trader 21 - Cezary Głuch
The founder of Independent Trader. Cezary Głuch is entrepreneur and investor, known widely in Poland as Trader21. After completing his management studies at the University of Warsaw and an MBA at the University of Illinois, he quickly developed his first company. His business success was so dynamic that Cezary became financially independent at just 29 years old.
Financial freedom allowed him to travel around the world and explore different cultures. During this time, he lived in Costa Rica, Singapore, and Indonesia, dedicating much of his time to uncovering the secrets of capital markets.
Trader21 was also the original author of articles published since 2013, first on a blog and later on the Independenttrader.pl portal. Initially written to systematize his own knowledge, these articles became so popular that Independent Trader has grown into one of the most prominent financial information sources in Poland.

As the blog gained popularity, a team began to form around it. Initially, Cezary introduced three key individuals, who are now shareholders and board members of Independent Trader Holding SA.
Their dynamic careers were made possible because the company’s founder did not focus solely on his own success, but ensured his employees had opportunities for growth. Thanks to this strategy:
- Mateusz Tomczyk has become an expert in financial optimization,
- Tomasz Marecki and Marcin Kremiec have gained extensive knowledge of financial markets, which they share with readers.

Awards and Achievements
Our efforts have resulted in the book “Inteligentny Inwestor XXI wieku” (The Intelligent Investor of the 21st Century), which has achieved five-time bestseller status in Poland.
In addition, as part of our educational activities, we organized several editions of the “Intelligent Investor” course, with over 8,000 participants. The most recent edition included 240 videos covering almost every aspect of investing.
Regarding market investments, over 6,000 people have already trusted us by subscribing to our portfolios, special reports, and company analyses. From 2020 to 2022, Trader21’s main portfolio outperformed the S&P 500 index each year, while maintaining a maximum drawdown of only 17%. For a broader perspective, over the last 5 years the main portfolio has gained over 180% while S&P500 has gained 116%. This remarkable achievement has led to an increasing number of subscribers.
We are constantly expanding the scale of our operations and launching global projects. We have an endless list of interesting ideas and are exploring completely new directions for the development of our company.
